Blue and Red Bags for the Election ‘08 Look
|
Okay, so I was watching CNN earlier today and was a bit hungry for news, any news, on the 2008 Presidential Elections when I heard heard Sen. Barack Obama’s speech once more and picked up this quote: “In times of need, there are no red states or blue states. There is the United States of America.” Hear, hear! Which is why I thought, in honor of the presidential elections, it would be really cool to do a two-bag blog special today.
First up is this pretty multicolored Emilio Pucci Cancello print tote. It has two stud-embellished handles, with another press stud to fasten, a zipped pocket on the inside. It’s perfect to tote around, very casual, and very prettily blue.
The Emilio Pucci Cancello print tote is available from Net-a-Porter for $575.
Second bag on my list is the Bottega Veneta Origami leather tote. As seen on the runway, the gorgeous 15″W by 13″ H by 11″ D tote has a rich brick tone and the perfect carryall for fall. It is made from pleated leather with black snakeskin piping with two small handles with a 4″ drop. It also has suede lining and a zip fastening internal pocket. This will look chic and classy with an all black ensemble or a long black duster.
The Bottega Veneta Origami leather tote is available from Net-a-Porter for a whopping $3950.

I love the handle on the purple bag.
