The distinct scent of luxurious Italian leather is so pleasant to my senses, that I instinctively sniff a new genuine leather bag (in privacy) as soon as I get home before stashing a new purchase in my bag closet. Really, I must say that there is nothing more effective in distinguishing a cheap look-alike from the real thing other than by running your hands through the leather and lining, looking closely at the stitching and taking in the natural scent of the bag.

Though the labels are not as resounding as Louis Vuitton or Prada and not as stylish as Dior, the bags are of very good quality because of the leather and handstitching details. I imagine them to be durable as well - the kind that you could keep and hand over to your daughters in time.
