Ok, to all the handbag aficionados out there, mark your calendars as Gucci kicks off its Summer Sale come June 3, 2008! The wide sale applies to all Gucci boutiques in North America. If you’re too excited, here’s another good news, Tuesday, May 20th jump starts a pre-sale at all Gucci stores! Rumors have it that the pre-sale is an “invite” only period but what better way to confirm this than to drop by a Gucci boutique and check yourself. During this period, the Sale items shall be available for viewing and you can already pay for whatever you want! The catch is, you cannot bring home any of your purchases just YET. Anyone who buys during the pre-sale period will have to come back on the actual start of the Sale which is June 3 and claim their purchase. So the pre-sale is actually some sort of a reservation period. If you are totally crazy about a certain item, it is best to drop by any of the boutiques during the pre-sale dates, else your favorite item may have been already sold out come June 3.
As usual, one should expect a 30-40% markdown on all Sale items, Spring/Summer 08 collection in particular. HrHandbags is absolutely THRILLED!
