Just when you thought you found the perfect oversize handbag, the crackled gold version of the Large Tribute Flat Tote suddenly comes out and drives you fanatical. Not so long ago when the quilted black version of this made quite a gesture when spotted on celebrities Ashlee Simpson, Halle Berry, Lindsay Lohan, etc. Hence, the immense fame. Just recently, Yves Saint Laurent released the crackled gold version of the tote and what came out to be the most astonishing moment because of a handbag came about. The basic, chic style of the Tribute Flat Tote splattered with sizzling gold will simply take any aficionado and non-aficionado’s breath away. The old version’s (already) beautiful appeal was revamped into a gorgeous, classy piece of craftsmanship. Almost too hard to explain. The crackled gold creates a vintage and a “hint” of rugged look. Having said that, the ultra classy yet rugged look of the Tribute Flat Tote will give its owner the right to downright elegance on a day time, without having to look “overdressed”.

The Yves Saint Laurent’s Tote in crackled gold is a rendition of its earlier Tribute Flat Tote in quilted black is produced in Italy. A classic patent leather style with double shoulder straps, magnetic clip closure, interior zip pocket, and silk satin lining. The signature luggage tag ornament hanging on one side of the strap creates quite a character. As expected, this handbag’s high demand obliged certain retail stores to limit the number of units to order within thirty days. A $1,295 purchase doesn’t seem to be a problem when it’s a handbag like this.
